New season raspberries need nothing more than whipped cream and maybe a sprinkling of quality dark chocolate 🙂

Raspberries and Cream

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 punnet fresh raspberries (125g / 4.4 oz)
  • 1 cup whipped cream, chilled
  • 1 oz dark chocolate, at least 60% cocoa content, shaved

Method

  1. Gently wash the raspberries and pat dry with paper towel.  Divide between 4 small serving bowls.
  2. Top with whipped cream and chocolate to serve.
